The EDUQ association is a dynamically developing organization, which for over 13 years of operation has become the largest non-governmental organization in the Lębork subregion, supporting youth, adults and other entities in the field of education, international cooperation, social and professional activation and regional development.

The organization has established and runs continuously and systematically various organizational units and/or programmes. This allows you to achieve the goals of the association:

  • conducting educational and training activities,
  • cooperation with organizations from other countries,
  • social and professional activation of young people and people at risk of social exclusion,
  • initiating cross-sector partnerships, creating new jobs, training local economy staff
  • spreading the idea of local and European volunteering,
  • activation of the local community
  • providing substantive and financial support to other non-governmental organizations and informal groups,
  • participation in regional, national and international projects based on the education of youth and adults,
  • trainings, courses, consultancy, European mobility programmes as part of international exchanges, foreign volunteering and professional mobility of young people and educational staff.

The Association is a member of the Pomeranian Network of NGO Centres, the initiator of the Business and NGO Forum, the Forum of Foreign Volunteering Organizations in the Lębork subregion, a coalition for the development of volunteering and a member of the Eurodesk Pomorze network.

One of the important goals of EDUQ's activity is voluntary work placement and management of the work of foreign volunteers. The association hosts, sends and coordinates the work of organizations implementing volunteer programmes. EDUQ looks for responsible and passionate volunteers ready for voluntary, conscious and non-profit activities aimed at supporting social initiatives with their own work.

Candidates for outgoing volunteers are provided by the association:
✓ comprehensive assistance in the preparation of exit documentation
✓ 3-hour pre-departure training introducing the host country of the volunteer from the site
and the European Solidarity Corps program
✓ covering the costs of travel, accommodation and meals, as well as pocket money
✓ constant contact with the volunteer coordinator in the EDUQ Association

VOLUNTEER PROFILE: - age 18 - 30; a person full of enthusiasm and commitment, curious about the world, open to people and other cultures, able to work in a team. Communicative knowledge of English is preferred, knowledge of the language of the country in which the volunteering project is carried out is welcome.
